Plain-language summary (not a substitute for the full terms): Learn My Drugs is a study tool. The drug information we provide is for education only and is not medical advice— never use it to make real-world clinical or treatment decisions. Keep your account secure, use the service lawfully, and don't misuse or copy our content. If you pay for a plan, fees are described at checkout. We provide the service "as is" and our liability is limited. Disputes are resolved as described in sections 21–22.
1.Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Learn My Drugs websites, web and mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by [Legal Entity Name]("Learn My Drugs," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference.
If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, school, pharmacy, or other organization (an "Organization"), you represent that you have authority to bind that Organization to these Terms, and "you" refers to both you and that Organization. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2.Definitions
- "Account" means the personal or organization account you register to access the Service.
- "Administrator" means a user with elevated rights to manage an Organization, its members, content, and settings.
- "Member" or "Trainee" means a user invited to or added to an Organization.
- "Content" means study sets, flashcards, quizzes, drug lists, text, and other materials made available through the Service, whether provided by us or by users.
- "User Content" means Content you submit, upload, or create, including custom study sets and quizzes.
- "Learn My Drugs Content" means Content we provide, including pre-built drug data, templates, and the software itself.
3.Eligibility & age requirements
You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the Service. The Service is intended for pharmacy students, technicians, healthcare professionals, educators, and their teams, and is not directed to children under 13. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that you are not barred from using the Service under the laws of your jurisdiction.
4.Accounts & security
To use most features you must create an Account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any authentication methods;
- All activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not authorized by you; and
- Promptly notifying us at support@learnmydrugs.com if you suspect any unauthorized access or security breach.
We use third-party authentication providers (including Google Firebase Authentication) to secure sign-in. You may not share your Account, sell it, or transfer it to anyone else without our written consent.
5.Team & organization accounts
5.1 Roles and administration
Organizations may have Administrators who can invite and remove Members, assign study sets and quizzes, configure settings, and view Members' learning activity and progress within the Organization. If you join an Organization (for example, via an invitation link), you acknowledge that the Administrator and the Organization may:
- Access, monitor, and manage your Account activity within that Organization, including study progress, quiz scores, and completion data;
- Assign, modify, or remove Content available to you; and
- Suspend or remove your membership in the Organization.
5.2 Responsibility for Members
If you are an Administrator, you are responsible for your Organization, its Members' compliance with these Terms, and for obtaining any consents required to add Members and process their information. You represent that you are authorized to invite each person you add.
5.3 Invitations
Invitation links are intended only for the recipient. You agree not to share invitation links publicly or with people who are not authorized to join your Organization.
6.Educational content — not medical advice
The Service is a study and training tool. All drug names, use cases, classifications, calculations, and other clinical information are provided strictly for educational and informational purposes.
The Content provided through the Service:
- Is not medical, pharmaceutical, diagnostic, or treatment advice and is not a substitute for the judgment of a licensed healthcare professional;
- May contain errors, omissions, simplifications, or outdated information, and may not reflect the most current clinical guidance, labeling, or regulatory status;
- Must never be relied upon to prescribe, dispense, administer, dose, or otherwise make decisions about real patients, medications, or therapies; and
- Does not create any pharmacist–patient, physician–patient, or other professional relationship between you and Learn My Drugs.
Always verify medication information against authoritative, up-to-date sources (such as official prescribing information, primary literature, and institutional protocols) and consult a qualified professional before taking any clinical action. In an emergency, call your local emergency number. You assume all risk arising from any use of the Content beyond personal study.
7.License to use the service
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Service and Learn My Drugs Content for your own personal study or, for Organizations, your internal training purposes. This license does not grant you any right to resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or its Content.
8.Your content
8.1 Ownership
You retain all ownership rights you have in your User Content. We do not claim ownership of the custom study sets, quizzes, or other materials you create.
8.2 License to us
You grant Learn My Drugs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for formatting and display), and display your User Content solely to the extent necessary to operate, provide, secure, and improve the Service for you and your Organization. This license ends when your User Content is deleted, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate backup purposes.
8.3 Your responsibilities
You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to submit your User Content and that it does not infringe any third party's rights, violate any law, or contain protected health information (PHI) about identifiable individuals. Do not upload real patient data or other regulated personal health information to the Service.
9.Acceptable use
You agree that you will not:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose;
- Copy, scrape, harvest, frame, mirror, or republish any Learn My Drugs Content except as expressly permitted;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
- Access the Service through automated means (bots, scrapers) without our prior written permission, or use it to build a competing product;
- Interfere with, disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, accounts, or its infrastructure;
- Upload viruses, malware, or any code designed to disrupt or damage the Service;
- Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, billing, or access controls;
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or Organization;
- Submit content that is defamatory, harassing, obscene, infringing, or that contains real, identifiable patient health information; or
- Use the Service to make actual clinical or treatment decisions (see section 6).
10.Plans, billing & refunds
10.1 Paid plans
Some features are offered under paid subscription plans ("Paid Plans"). The price, features, billing frequency, and seat counts of each Paid Plan are described at the point of purchase. By selecting a Paid Plan, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.
10.2 Payment processing
Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card numbers. Your use of payment features is also subject to the processor's terms and privacy policy.
10.3 Auto-renewal
Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
10.4 Taxes
Fees are exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for any sales, use, VAT, GST, or similar taxes, except for taxes based on our net income.
10.5 Refunds
Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partial periods, unused features, or content not used. We may, at our sole discretion, offer refunds or credits on a case-by-case basis.
10.6 Changes to pricing
We may change our fees from time to time. We will give you reasonable notice of any price change before it applies to you; your continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.
11.Free plans & trials
We may offer free accounts or free trials. Free plans may have feature, usage, or storage limits and may be modified or discontinued at any time. If a trial converts to a Paid Plan unless cancelled, we will make that clear at signup. We reserve the right to determine eligibility for free plans and trials and to revoke them for abuse.
12.Third-party services
The Service relies on and may link to third-party services (for example, Google Firebase for authentication and data storage, and email delivery providers). We are not responsible for third-party services, their content, or their practices. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. See our Privacy Policy for the sub-processors we rely on.
13.Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, and the Learn My Drugs Content (other than User Content), is owned by Learn My Drugs or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Except for the limited license in section 7, no rights are granted to you. "Learn My Drugs" and our logos are our trademarks; you may not use them without our prior written permission.
14.Feedback
If you send us suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and incorporate that feedback without any obligation or compensation to you.
15.Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information about you. By using the Service, you acknowledge that we process information as described there.
16.Suspension & termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your Account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk or possible legal exposure for us, or if we discontinue the Service. We may also terminate inactive accounts.
Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends. We may delete your User Content after a reasonable period, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) will survive.
17.Disclaimers
THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any Content (including drug information) is accurate, complete, or current. As stated in section 6, the Content is for education only and is not medical advice. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.
18.Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Learn My Drugs, its affiliates, or their respective officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service or any Content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the liability, or (b) USD $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you.
19.Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Learn My Drugs and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms or any law; or (d) for Organizations, your Members' use of the Service. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense of any matter subject to indemnification, in which case you agree to cooperate with us.
20.Changes to the service & terms
We may modify, add, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice (for example, by posting the updated Terms with a new "Last updated" date or by notifying you through the Service or email). Changes are effective when posted unless stated otherwise. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
21.Governing law & disputes
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Service are governed by the laws of [State/Country of Governing Law], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to section 22, you agree that any dispute will be brought exclusively in the courts located in [Jurisdiction / Venue], and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
22.Arbitration & class-action waiver
Please read this section carefully — it affects your legal rights, including your right to sue in court and to participate in a class action. [Confirm enforceability and tailor with counsel for your jurisdiction before publishing.]
To the extent permitted by law, you and Learn My Drugs agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court or seek injunctive relief for intellectual-property infringement.
You and Learn My Drugs agree that each may bring claims against the other only in your or its individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. Before initiating arbitration, you agree to first contact us at support@learnmydrugs.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. If a jurisdiction's law does not permit arbitration or this waiver, this section does not apply to you to that extent.
23.General terms
- Entire agreement. These Terms and the documents referenced in them are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
- Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
- No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.

- Force majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
